With Bill Pay, you can:

  • Pay bills from your Interest Checking Account to anyone with a U.S. postal address.
  • Set up one-time or recurring payments up to a year in advance
  • Easily review your payment history

Our Bill Pay service includes eBills, which delivers electronic versions of your paper bills from participating billers so you can view and pay them within Online Banking.

Sign up for eBills and you can:

  • View and pay your bills in one place
  • Set up alerts so you know when a bill has arrived
  • Access past bills

You can receive eBills from many of the companies you do business with such as cable, utilities, mobile service providers and many more.

How to Get Started

  • Log in at tiaadirect.com.
  • Click the Bill Pay tab, and then select Bill Pay Enrollment.

    How do I start using mobile banking?

    To use our Mobile Banking app on your iPhone® or iPad® or with an AndroidTM phone or tablet, just follow these steps:

    1. Download and launch the TIAA Direct® Mobile Banking app. Or, visit tiaadirect.com from your mobile device.
    2. Log into the app. Enter the same User ID and Password you use to access your accounts online.
