    We’re starting to roll out new debit chip cards to new Interest Checking account customers. Existing customers will receive theirs when their current card expires. Want it earlier? Call us at 855-842-2372, Weekdays 8 AM - 8 PM (ET) or Weekends 9 AM - 6 PM (ET).

  • How do I know if a retailer accepts chip cards?
    Retailers with chip card readers will prompt you to insert your card at point-of-sale. Cards should remain in the reader until the transaction is complete. If the terminal doesn’t accept chip cards, simply swipe your card just as you do today using the magnetic stripe. Remember, you’re still protected from unauthorized transactions with Zero Liability.
